When logging into the library's databases use your AU email username (but exclude @andersonuniversity.edu)

Example - jsmith123

Then use your AU email password.

You can check to see if your password is working by logging into another database. If it doesn't work there either, check with the IT department. Only they can fix your password.

FYI - Sometimes databases stop working temporarily. Usually they are back up within an hour.

IF you have verified that your password works on other databases and if you have waited an hour, and the database still does not work, then contact us. We will contact that database vendor.
